On November 6th Sevastian Rabdano (member of Prof. Skrynnikov’s laboratory of bio-NMR) has presented a lecture titled “RNA-recognizing RRM2 domain of TDP-43 protein: oxidative stress leads to changes in conformation, proteolysis, formation of inclusion bodies and neurodegenerative deceases”.

Diffusion mobility of inverse micelles based on Ag nanoparticles

On October 7th guest of the Center Dmitry Mainichev (laboratory of physical chemistry of condensed matter, Nikolaev’s Inorganic Chemistry Institute of SB RAS, Novosibirsk) has presented a lecture titled “Diffusion mobility of inverse micelles based on Ag nanoparticles: problem statement and preliminary experiments”.

The second part of the G-RISC workshop “NMR as interdisciplinary tool for the study of non-covalent interactions” took place on 16 and 18 June.
The program was as follows:

Someday next week (May 27-28) at the Chemistry Department in the room 1093 (conference room of RDMI) Dr. Konstantin Ivanov from “International Tomography Center SB Russian Academy of Science”, Novosibirsk, will give a lecture “Spin hyperpolarization methods in NMR”. Everybody is welcomed. The exact time will be announced later.

The title of the presentation is “Applications of EPR spectroscopy for CMR users’ projects in 2013”. Everyone is invited to the talk and coffeebreak with cookies afterwards.
