This week three groups of students from St. Petersburg State University, Pushkin Leningrad State University and University of Nizhni Novgorod interested in modern spectroscopic methods visited our Centre.
Setting up the EPR
The power supply of the EPR spectrometer Elexsys E580 is back from warranty repair.
Start-up operations for the commissioning of the magnet, helium temperatures and ENDOR/TRIPLE techniques in CW-mode will continue until the end of March.

Small Animal Monitoring Unit
The first run of the Small Animal Monitoring Unit with live mouse in it (outside of the magnet yet, however) went well.
No mice were hurt in the process.
